Some radio stations around the country offer 50.00 dollar gift certificates for half price, i was wondering if they offer this in Chicago, Milwaukee or Madison

93.9 WLIT in Chicago offers this type of offering every Wednesday morning at 9:00 am CST, but the gift certs are not always for restaurants, sometimes they offer spa gift certs, as well. The gift certs are $25 for a $50 cert - quite the deal!
