For dinner, go with the classic and healthy Subway submarine sandwich of your choice. For dessert, treat yourself to a nice Chocolate Fudge Sundae from Steak n Shake. Then as an after dinner mint, smoke a few Marlboro Menthol Lights.

All of your dinner sounds very nice. There is perhaps just too much. I agree with others, ditch the walnuts. The onion (chunks) and garlic - they are sauteéd, right? They should be. Make the tomato slices optional, on the side. Or serve a simple tomato basil salad on the side. For dessert - what is nicer than a half of a pineapple, cut into bite size pieces and served over ice. You're right on target with this fun meal. Have a great time.

I always go for foreign food. Tonight, because it is a nice sunny day, I would go for some Peruvian Ceviche for dinner with some rice and salad, and for dessert Flan and Coffee. Buen Provecho!

Baby back ribs that fall off the bone with a sauce that has a bit of a kick.

Doesn't everyone eat dessert first?

Taco Cassarole

Layer cooked seasoned meat, cheese, sourcream and jalapanos (cheese on top too) in a glass dish lined with tortilla shells and bake at about 350 until cheese melts.

If eating at home: comfort food always hits the spot: meatloaf, mashed potatoes and gravy with asparagus for dinner.

Finish it off with cheesecake topped with oodles of fresh raspberries.
