Giordanos Famous Chicago Style Pizza. Nice spot for deep dish. I go there every so often. Oddly enough, I think their deep dish pizza taste better the next day. I had some leftovers and reheated the pizza in a new wave oven( a conventional oven should do the trick as well) and it tasted even better. Maybe the ingredients settled in the pizza. Ok forget Gino's, Giordanos, and Uno's or any other Chicago Pizza that has been franchised, what you really want is great deep dish pizza that every tourist and his brother can't find... Pequods is the best, followed by Gullivers.

I don't eat pizza crust but I still stop here for pizza whenever we drive out to Colorado, and it's not even on the shortest route to CO! I always get an order of cheese ravioli, salad, and then eat a medium pie.
